Youth empowerment is the heartbeat of FREE Liberia. Rooted in the founder’s bold vision—born in 2019 while completing his doctorate—to inspire and impact 10 million people, especially young people across Liberia and beyond, this pillar drives a powerful movement of motivation, transformation, and purpose.
Rather than founding a separate organization, this vision gave rise to the Young Champions and Leaders Innovative Program (YouCLIP)—a dynamic platform focused on cultivating positive mindsets and unlocking human potential. Today, YouCLIP is changing lives through youth-centered motivational books, regular empowerment seminars, radio engagements, and daily inspirational content across social media platforms including WeChat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube.
At its core, this pillar seeks to inspire and equip youth and students with tools for personal growth, leadership, and lifelong success—from mentorship and career guidance to psychosocial support and volunteerism. FREE Liberia also supports practical initiatives like scholarships for underprivileged youth, ensuring that empowerment goes beyond words to real-life impact.
Through both self-sponsored and partner-driven programs such as the USAID Youth Advance Activity, Youth Growth Opportunities Acceleration for Life (You-GOAL), and the Inspire Liberia Project, FREE Liberia is building a generation of confident, visionary, and purpose-driven young leaders—creating a future where every life is inspired, and every young person has a chance to thrive.
