Mr. Sudue Epaphroditus Mieh is a detail-oriented researcher, educator, and emerging public health professional with a strong foundation in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and instructional design. He brings a unique blend of analytical rigor, classroom experience, and cross-cultural collaboration—qualities that make him a thoughtful and effective leader in recruitment and training.
As the newly appointed Recruitment and Training Officer at FREE Liberia, Mr. Mieh leverages his expertise in qualitative and quantitative data evaluation, technical research, and corrective action planning to support the organization’s talent acquisition and staff development initiatives. His ability to translate complex findings into actionable training content ensures that FREE Liberia’s workforce remains skilled, informed, and mission-driven.
Prior to joining FREE Liberia, Mr. Mieh served as a Consultant at Nunlai Research and Consulting, LLC, where he conducted systematic reviews and coordinated with interdisciplinary teams to align research with organizational goals. He also gained valuable international experience as a Quality Analyst Intern in Guangzhou, China, where he tracked performance metrics, supported quality assurance documentation, and contributed to operational decision-making. His early career as a Classroom Teacher at Donald N. Kayns Wesleyan School in Liberia equipped him with hands-on experience in curriculum delivery, student assessment, and differentiated instruction—skills that directly inform his ability to design and facilitate impactful training programs.
Mr. Mieh holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Southern Medical University, China, and is currently a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies at the University of Liberia. He also holds certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration and Data Analysis Using SPSS from Gonet Academy. His academic background is complemented by leadership experience as Chairperson and Secretary General of the Independent Elections Committee of the Liberian Student Union in China, as well as election commission roles at Tubman University.
